I really loved this hotel. From the moment we checked in, everything was clean and had a great atmosphere. But for me, the best part was the staff. Every single person was amazing—friendly, professional, and always ready to help or answer any questions. From the doorman and the reception team to every server at the bar and restaurant, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
Wow this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The check in staff were wonderful and super helpful, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. We were in a superior room which was lovely.nnFantastic bathroom and powerful shower with really nice toiletries and amenities including hairdryer. Plenty of well placed plug sockets and good lighting. Super comfy bed and great views out. Couldn’t fault our stay and we will 100% be back!nnWe were also given complimentary Prosecco for my birthday. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay x
My wife and I stayed here for London marathon weekend, booking into a riverside deluxe room - and were delighted to be given an upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely start!nnOur 3 nights here were absolutely top tier. We’ve both agreed that it’s our new base for starting in London as there’s no point looking elsewhere.nnThe staff are all superb and sincerely friendly and welcoming. The aesthetic of the whole place is warm and inviting. It’s incredibly clean everywhere you look. The food is phenomenal and the bar is a really cosy place to hang out.nnThe views from the room and the bar are spectacular. It really is in a perfect spot - a couple of mins walk out of the front door and you’re in the middle of the atmosphere in the south bank with loads of places to eat and drink.nnCan’t recommend this place enough.
We absolutely loved our short stay at Sea Containers. We had a lovely welcome at reception and were given a room upgrade, which was particularly appreciated as it was our daughter’s 18th birthday. The suite was stunning, we just couldn’t believe the size of it, and the fantastic view from the balcony. We were only there for one night so didn’t have a chance to enjoy all the hotel’s facilities, but we had amazing cocktails in the ground floor bar. All the staff were so welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend and hope to go back again some day.
I had an amazing stay at Sea Containers. The reception team were perfect from start to finish — genuinely helpful, friendly, and completely drama‑free, which made checking in and out an absolute breeze. The whole place has a calm, welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease.nMy room was incredible — beautifully designed with that signature Sea Containers style, spotless, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the view was stunning, and all the little touches made it feel like a proper treat rather than just a place to sleep.nOverall, it was one of the smoothest, most enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. I genuinely can’t wait to go back and experience it all again.
