Excellent location!nnService is great especially Stephanie who assisted us when we checked in.nKudos to the maintenance guy who helped us with the TV-issue.nnBreakfast was good. Fruits were fresh. Bread was freshly baked.nnRoom was a bit small but the best was comfortable.nnWe will definitely come back!
Good location near the subway station. The room was spacious and clean. Downsides were weak shower pressure and poor drainage of the bathtub. The staff was very attentive and kind. The executive club that provides free breakfast and some wine in the evening is worth every penny. Excellent experience!
Terrible customer service from Pedro the Night Manager. We booked - through our company’s corporate booking system - a room showing as suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. We are 1 adult and 2 children. Upon arrival they provided only a double bed and wanted to charge £40 a night for a rollaway bed. This was despite having already paid for a room that was suitable for 2 adults and 1 child and despite being a diamond member. They used a myriad of different excuses as to why: fire regulations, the fact that furniture couldn’t be moved it could and that it wasn’t their fault that the corporate booking system had booked the wrong room. They refused to waive the fee. Absolutely disgusting.nn*edit*nThe below reply is incorrect. We were told that the upgrade was due to my husband’s Diamond status. At no stage did they mention that this was due to the number of people. We only discovered the lack of an extra bed when we checked into the room. They have indeed emailed me. However, the first email they sent me they then tried to recall! The second email they sent me made no mention of the first, recalled email. Yet more incompetence and lack of care from their staff. It’s such a shame that the staff are so uncaring and unhelpful: this would be a lovely hotel if the front desk staff and customer service staff were more helpful.
Wow is this the hidden gem in the Hilton's plethora of hotels in London ?nIdeally located near to Tower Hill tube, it was a welcoming sight after work.nWe came to celebrate my wife's birthday. A beautiful welcome from Noor on Reception, she was brilliant friendly and efficient.nGreat to be upgraded to a beautiful modern room.nOn the way to the room every member of staff made an effort to be welcoming and friendly please thank the housekeeping staff.nWe had a nice snack in the Executive lounge and the Rose wine was very acceptable, nice staff here too.nThe breakfast in the morning was great too, nice welcome friendly staff great selection and the omelette hot.nWe had a wonderful time including cake in the room to celebrate the birthday .nGreat location, brilliant service, a wonderful Hotel .....we will be back!!nThank you for the attention to detail you have a great team.
Fantastic hotel, rooms have a high standard and the location is right by the Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station which makes getting into central very easy. Breakfast was top tier - full English buffet and good quality, makes such a good start to the day. Best thing by a mile was the staff, all so helpful and service with a smile doesn't even cut it! If you stay, ask to be on the top floor and you might get a view like ours!
