Upon arrival I was greeted by the enthusiastic and polite Guru. He’s absolutely amazing, his bubbly and friendly personality was impressionable. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 5 years and this was by far the warmest welcome I’ve received. The hotel was offering a spin the wheel and we won but weren’t able to claim our prize so we were kindly upgraded to the executive suite. The room was not so different to other king rooms nevertheless, it was comfortable and clean as always. All of the staff are quite polite which made my stay better. Big shout out to Guru especially!
My sister and I had an amazing stay from the moment we arrived until we left. The hotel was immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful and the location is superb. We had an executive room which was lovely. The executive lounge was fabulous - great selection of snacks, drinks etc. Abigail who checked us in deserves a special mention as she set our stay off to a wonderful start. We have already booked our next stay!
This review is long overdue, but I had such a wonderful experience at Leonardo Royal London St Paul's. I ended up checking in la day late because of a flight cancellation. The hotel made note of it when I called to inform them and had a room available when I arrived with my party.nnThe hotel architecture is breathtaking, and I would recommend taking time to sit in the common areas. The room was comfortable; the bed was one of the softest I ever slept on and the bathroom was stunning! I loved that there was full access to the sauna, steam room, and pool area; I took time to relax every day.nnThe full daily breakfast was vast. There are options for everyone. While dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are somewhat limited, a quick trip via the Tube or bus expands the available options.nnThe room was serviced each day, the staff was professional and efficient, and, honestly, I would have been happy spending my whole trip in the hotel. Celebrating my birthday at the rooftop bar was so fun! The atmosphere was elegant, and the staff were so welcoming, funny, and engaging that they made the night unforgettable.nnI think this hotel is ideal for international travelers who are seeking a wellness-focused stay in a central location that still has a slight neighborhood feel and offers access to the Tube and local buses. I'm looking forward to returning soon.
We stayed for 3 night May12/13/14 while we explored the city.nEagerly accepted the upgrade when we arrived. Reception was fast, easy seamless. Concierge was efficient when needed. The breakfast was top notch with more variety than you would need.nThe executive lounge was fully stocked at all times and was a great place to hang out after a long day walking London. Highly recommended
We stayed here as part of my bday get away with my husband and son.I booked thru booking.com and left a note that's it's my bday get away. Arrived early and they allowed us for early check in at extra cost which was fine as we wanted to leave our belonging in the room before we went out. Walked in to the room. Room was nice but just that's it. They welcome me on TV screen with the wrong date 1st Januarymeanwhile it was on the17th February. No welcome note either. We got anroom at the building at the back at 2nd floor. Was thinking to go to the spa but there was no bath robe. We appreciate the housekeeping team tho they did a good job in keeping the room clean and tidy. So. We often stayed or went to 5* star hotel or 4* with exceptional services so for me our stay here just standard.
