Very grand hotel with friendly staff who are always willing to help and seem like they have a genuine care in you. The building is in a prime central location where you can access all the city in under an hour, and it's got a marvellous view on the Thames. Also, it's right next to the London Eye which makes for a splendid evening experience so you'll never be far from something to do! Would recommend.

It's an absolutely enchanting entrance to start. The staff are lovely, from the doormen to the desk staff to the bar and restaurant staff. The room was amazing. The beds, the views, the amenities. I only wish I had stayed for more than just the one night. Thank you to all of the staff for making it a stay to remember.

This is an excellent hotel with stunning views and a very central location. Because of this we didn't spend much time in the hotel and ate out a lot. It is a little on the pricy side and spending an evening at the hotel bar will set you back, hence the dropped point. The staff are also very attentive and welcoming and the rooms a reasonable size. We will be back 😁

Great location. Decent service, reasonable size room. But lacks the heart or charm to be truly memorable. It is Marriott and it does deliver what is expected of that brand. We will stay again just for the location.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... I stayed at this hotel in December 2004 with my parents during what was my first trip to Europe. Although nearly 13 years have past, my parents and I still remember this place. The staff was great, I remember hanging out in the bar downstairs with my dad and that the room we had was quite nice. The courtyard of the hotel is very pretty and I remember the breakfast service here was good. I really hope to be able to stay here again.
