Room fine, but no coat hooks to hang wet coats. Cooked breakfast was only warm and not hot. Also the plates could have been cleared away quicker the 'mood' lighting was a little dark for breakfast too. Good comfy beds mind.Rooms: 4/5
Great location, staff is very friendly and helpful and since we had a room on the 8th floor the view was great. Breakfast had a great selection and was tasty. Also the bed was super nice and comfy. The walls were thick so we couldn't hear anyone else. Nothing bad to say Walkability: Near center and buses are near
One of my favourite hotels in the area. The rooms are modern, and not too cramped. Breakfast is appetising, and I like the way that they manage to serve breakfast in a hygienic way without too much disposable packaging. The service has been good. Good value for this area of London.Rooms: 5/5
For the money, I have zero complaints about this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was totally fine, the bathroom was small but there are only a few things that need to be done there. It’s just a few feet away from the Aldgate East Underground station which makes getting around London so convenient. It’s also very close to the Shoreditch neighborhood which is an eclectic area.
IBIS Hotel are always amazing. I love the set up of the breakfast. Not a single sachet in sight. All well thought out sensible and safe ways of using bulk use containers to provide food. Would recommend anyone who cares about the environment to use IBISRooms: 5/5
Amazing! this Hotel is ideal for job trip. Clean and smooth, with nice and large breakfast. Operators are very kind and i want to mention especially mister Richard who help me with an issue i had with my company travel. He solved quickly and satisfiyng me. I recommend a lot this hotel.
This is a really great hotel for a 3 star. The stay was very comforting and pleasurefulI, bed in the room is really comfy. Breakfast was really varied and tasty. I am absolutely flawed with the overall customer service driven by the staff team, staff workers who really stood out were Diyan and Faisal, they were great to chat with.
Smooth and easy check in, lovely service with friendly staff. Breakfast is plentiful with vegan and gluten free options, and a selection of hot and cold foods. Very contemporary with awareness of what people need for a few nights away. Thanks!Rooms: 5/5
The staff were amazing, we had a problem booking through red letter days, won't use them again but helga sorted it out for us. The room was lovely and breakfast amazing. We have joined their club as will definitely use them again when we come back to Shoreditch. Thanks everyone Safety: Only negative was we were in room 912, and I was very shocked to find I could fully open both inner and outer window, good news for me as room was very hot, but not good really. Did inform Sam, who was on it straight away.
