Breakfast is good but the rooms are not clean. The toilet seat was slightly broken, the sink cracked and the sheets were stained when I got there. I have heard the same happened for friends who stayed here last week in different rooms but the same thing.

Popped in for a quick lunchtime snack. Food very tasty. Service good. Toilets very clean.

Sue/Susan who worked on the first floor with all the conference rooms was AMAZING. When working on auditions she accommodated to all our needs even though she was rushed off her feet all day, lovely to talk to and such a nice lady.

The Food is a bit expensive , rooms are ok , but I've been in better branches of the same hotel. No gyms or spas but there are local gyms nearby . It's an ok hotel , lobby is nice and breakfast was delicious.

Good rooms, plenty of pillows. Very clean and serviced well. Breakfast excellent.
