I am currently staying 4 nights at Hotel, feel very lucky to have found this place at such short notice and for such. Great price . It's the best Hotel for location, it's standards of cleanliness, the room is huge , as it is the bathroom with a proper bath and shower over. The bed is so comfortable. It has tea and coffee making facilities in room and TV. Having a lovely stay at the Hotel. The double glazing at front is particularly good at reducing noise. It's so close to the Common, shops , restaurants and the City Centre. Totally awesome
Staff were very accommodating even with us arriving early. The hotel building was beautiful, with original features outside and in the room. It had lovely big windows and a good-sized bed and bathroom. We personally prefer a furmer mattress and fluffier pillows, but that's the only thing that could have improved our stay. All staff were welcoming and professional, the food was tasty and they arranged our travel to the terminal. This was our first trip to Southampton, and they made the day before our cruise enjoyable. Thank you
After long drive the reception staff where so helpfull with a nice smile. Explained about evening meals and breakfast. Also they look after your car for a fixed fee better than car parks. You can go to your cruise ship from here Nice homely hotel. Just had a nice shower before evening meal. So relaxing here. Rooms: Nicely laid out. Free wi fi lovely decorated rooms. We had a bath plus shower in our room. Nice oak furniture love it
Stayed one night mid August due to going on cruise and hotel was a good ideal location. Check in was fine and room was large and clean and breakfast was enjoyable with pleasant staff. Only one issue the evening meal was rubbish and not worth the price fish and chips, The fish was just tasteless and bland and couldn't eat the meal.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a while and definitely the best 3 star hotel I’ve stayed in. The reception staff were delightful and helpful. The bar chappie attentive, the room super comfy with a lovely shower. Breakfast! Kippers well cooked and the two staff made it a great experience… and the coffee was perfect. Top marks, I had fun watching the cricket but this hotel helped make my day.
Lovely, privately owned hotel located about 5 minute cab ride from cruise terminal. We had an accessible room which suited our needs perfectly. While we did not eat at the restaurant located here, the menu looked very nice. Breakfast was perfect. All in all a very nice place to stay if going on a cruise, loved it!Rooms: 5/5
Have just stayed at Elizabeth House Southampton for one night and left our car until the end of our cruise. We enjoyed our stay very much the room was delightful and the restaurant for our evening meal had atmosphere plus excellent menu An excellent breakfast was served with lots of choice. The staff were efficient and friendly. We were so pleased with our experience we have booked again for November. Noteworthy details: There are no lifts but there is a secure room for your luggage and friendly staff to help take anything you need up the stairs for you. This Hotel has 10 out of 10 from us!! We stayed in a Superior room which we loved but can’t comment on standard rooms. Have no complaints whatsoever.
The room was the opposite of what most are saying here. We unfortunately stayed in the unrenovated part of the hotel where the bed was at a slant and the shower had mold and no shampoo or conditioner. For nearly $200 this was definitely not the experience we wanted. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. I'm not sure why it was not even either. You could feel yourself sliding on the bed. The front desk was very nice but I would not recommend staying here just because the front desk provided greay service. This hotel unfortunately is not worth the price. I'd understand if it was $50 but not $200. Rooms: Awful. See above.
Friendly staff. Very accommodating for all. Great food and service nothing is too much. A credit to the owners Jamie and Mum spend the time to speak to guests. Will definitely book again and again. Loved it. Rooms: Very clean Safety: Secure Food & drinks: Good value and very enjoyable
Absolutely phenomenal experience. The hosts and other guests could not have been nicer. The room accommodated 3 2 adults and one child exceptionally well. Restaurant on site was delicious. All the comforts of home. We really loved it!!! Thank you, Jamie and mom!!Rooms: 5/5
