Staff lovely. Very helpful very knowledgeable. Rooms very clean. Beds you don't want to get out of. Breakfast brilliant. Staff very quick and efficient at clearing tables and restocking the hot plates. First time in a travel lodge will definitely use again.

First night was great. Comfy bed, warm room, good service. Second night wasn't so great. Stuck in lift for 45 minutes due to power problems and no hot water next morning. Staff were great throughout and I'd still return. Review is based on this visit only, if it weren't for the unforeseen problems I'd have given top marks.

Stayed for only one night thankfully. I got absolutely zero sleep due to alarms constantly going off, noise in corridor and weird sounds coming from my neighbours showers. When I tried my own shower the same noise came from the pipes and the water was scalding hot with no ability to tone it down. Toilets really small, carpet in the rooms very grubby and windows too thin. To be fair to the staff, they were extremely helpful and its in a good location. Would not recommend to stay here.

Good base close to King's Cross Station. Nice and clean , very helpful staff. Last time I visited , November 2017 , a major refurbishment was underway but this was no problem to a guest. Tends to be very busy so book in advance as the room rates do differ. Stayed twice now and would book again.

Better than expected for the price in London. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Bar and restaurant on site. I did make one mistake and that was not shutting the window when I dropped my bag off. By the time I got back after a snowy trip out, the room was chilly. Although to be fair, it soon warmed up after I closed the window.
