Superb!! Beautifully decorated rooms, and sooooooo clean. Definitely recommend staying here!!

I stayed for 3 days.This is a house located in a hill with a lovely garden. It would be inconvenient for people have problem to climb hill, because the path to house is extremely steep. The room is cozy and new.However, 75 pounds per night for a room of B & B in a small town like Durham, it is really expensive.

The location was great and the views wonderful although you do need to be able to manage a hill. The staff were very nice and the breakfast enjoyable. The first day reception was a little lacking in information and a sheet in the room with breakfast times etc would have been useful.Parking can be a problem as there are meters if you don't have a permit. The weather was beautiful so overall an enjoyable stay
