Nicely sized comfortable rooms. The hotel is in an excellent location and provide excellent value
Quaint Hotel in a very nice part of London. Super location directly outside South Kensington underground station. Rooms were warm and clean. Dated decor and staff not 100% attentive but welcoming and helpful once you see them. Looked after my luggage for me whilst I was attending an event.
Stuffy, dingy room with no working TV and poor draining/plumbing system and absolutely terrible customer service. Run by a nasty, greedy man who has no personal skills at all. Only good thing is the location but there are plenty of other nice places you would be better off spending your money at.
