Stayed here a while back, our room was large with lots of storage space, although I found its "L" shaped lay out a but clumsy. It was clean and quiet even with the casino across the road. The staff were professionally friendly and efficient. The location was convenient for travel.
Nice hotel, clean and modern. Great location for tube, museums etc. tidy rooms with good facilities iron, board etc but no draws for cloths!
Beautifully presented hotel, courteous/ helpful staff, large ish comfortable rooms, easily accessible to a wide range of attractions i.e. Natural history museum, V&A, Harrods etc.

A more than pleasant experience It is a well-deserved 4-star hotel The first day at the reception I was surprised to discover that Spanish was spoken! Then I investigated that NH is from a Spanish chain A very correct treatment as expected, a classic room, very convenient and more than enough for a stay of more than 1 week Some impressive open buffet breakfasts! I have never had so much breakfast, and never spent such energetic days, accompanied by the euphoria of the first day in London. Hotel 10/10, close to the metro, in a station that can take you directly to Heathrow terminals without changing trains. A comfortable stay, room well insulated from noise and a pleasant atmosphere, I think I will return again
Fantastic hotel!!! Hotels in London often give unpleasant surprises, and it is difficult to find a good one. Thanks to your Rewards, I was able to enjoy this hotel at a very special price. Great location, clean, wonderful breakfast buffet, huge rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. One of the best hotels I have slept in on my trips.
Very correct hotel with the Spanish touch of the NH chain. Price on par with London. Very well located, with numerous inexpensive places to dine within a few blocks. The connection with the metro is very good.
