Perfectly serviceable. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location and great price. For a business trip it was excellent. Limited and basic tea/coffee options in the room, but who actually uses these? Bottled water would have been a nice touch but for this price I'm not complaining! Would use again for business trip.
Very well located, cheap for Kensington. My single room was extremely tiny, though bed was big and comfortable. No facilities during restrictions, no guests, not even patio. Housekeeping and service positive.
Nile was super helpful! Had a wonderful chat with him. He is a caring staff. Will stay again next time
