My stay at The Bailey’s Hotel has been wonderful. It is very clean and comfortable, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The location is excellent in that has very easy access to the tube across the street, it felt very safe, and was not crowded. It made navigating London easy even for someone unfamiliar with the city. Rajesh the duty manager was very professional and helpful when checking me in, and all staff members of all capacities go above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others, and would absolutely stay again in the future.
We had a really great stay at this hotel, it is lovely and quiet. If you want to be close to a tube station this is the hotel, across the road from Gloucester road station see photo and close to central London by tube. The room was a good size, larger than most of our previous stays. Breakfast not great so would probably do room only in future. Nearby activities: A nice walk to Kensington high street and park
I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The location is fantastic - less than 1 block from the Gloucester Road tube station with access to the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines and very close to the V&A and Natural History museums. There are also multiple options on the block to grab coffee and a quick breakfast. Hotel staff was professional and attentive. I'd recommend and would definitely return next time I'm in London!
I am from the U.S. and have stayed several times at the Bailey's. It is pleasant and enjoyable stay each and every time. The staff is beyond question, good at everything they do. They are intuitive regarding your needs. The location is very good, tube stop across the street that can take you everywhere. Two blocks from the Albert & Victoria Museum and the Natural History museum. Plenty of varied restaurants within walking distance. Great hotel!!
We loved staying at this hotel. Our room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, everything was clean and sparkling. The staff was top notch. Our other absolute favorite thing was that the tube stop is literally across the street. It couldn't have been more convenient!! I would most definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5
The quality and location of this hotel are both top notch. The rooms are very comfortable and secure. The location is second to none in terms of neighborhood and proximity to public transportation. You literally walk out the front door and you have your pick of bus, taxi, tube, and walking. Also the bar for drinks should be a priority during your stay. Nearby activities: Taking a walk in the park or grabbing a drink at a local pub are both within walking distance. Walkability: You are super close to several must-see sights of London such as museums, the Royal Albert Hall, and several parks. Food & drinks: The Bailey's Bar is a perfect place for a nightly drink to wrap up your day.
Friendly staffed hotel situated conveniently next to Gloucester Road tube station. Family room very spacious but with a heavy perfumed smell to it to mask another smell?and no opportunity to open the windows to air. Unfortunately quite noisy as our room overlooked Gloucester Road. Breakfast was lovely with a well assorted buffet and fresh pastries. Would recommend.
Holy big room! Was perfect for our family of four traveling. We used the underground for most of our transportation, so the location could not be more convenient. Breakfast is chef’s kiss. Having something that great before walking thousands of steps a day is invaluable. If we ever get to visit London again, we will definitely be staying.
First time staying at this hotel, and the location is quite convenient. Just across Gloucester Road tube station Picadilly Line that takes you to Heathrow, Green Park, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, King's Cross; it is walking distance from the Natural History Museum, a good amount of restaurants, supermarkets and Earls Court exhibition centre. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, quiet and the curtains kept it dark for a sound sleep.
Hotel personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Location is perfect--tube station right across the street. Various restaurants in the area; Tesco Express is across the street. Boots pharmacy around the corner. Room was clean and quiet. Large bathroom was a plus. Beautiful hotel. Will definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5
