I'm a regular user here. The facilities are excellent, no complaints. Always clean, great staff. Very close to giving five stars but I held one back because I noticed the cafe frequently closes early or is understaffed :( Also the food on the pictures does not always match the actual food received, I was expecting whole green beans with my bangers and mash but got some mixed carrot/other stuff with a bit of chopped green bean thrown in. Pool is great, I use this every time I go. Most of the time it is warm, occasionally too cold for me. The gym itself is very high tech, love it!! Can't go wrong! I always feel at home here and like to just spend my time relaxing in the cafe area.

Came for a spa day and was frustrated by the lack of poolside seating. Or was it overcrowding? Anyway, although this eased off it had already annoyed me that there was nowhere for my wife and I to relax on arrival. Facilities themselves were pretty standard. Nothing exceptional but middle of the road. Massage was good with a nice room to chill out in before (although the loungers upstairs are heated, a pillow would be great!)

I had my first ever spa treatment here the other day - I was dubious as I wasn't sure this would be my thing but I ended up really enjoying my facial. The staff were very professional and accommodating. Also loved the relaxation room, could've stayed in there all day! I felt the swimming pool let the spa down a bit - it's fairly small, not very deep and also the depth of the pool is the same throughout. I just found it a little boring really. My only other criticism would be that it wasn't made clear where the classes were taking place during the day. Our spa package stated that we could join any classes that weren't full but we didn't even know where to find them. To end on a positive note, the cafe had a great menu and was very reasonably priced. Lots of healthy options as well as some nice cakes! All in all, we had an enjoyable day and some much needed relaxation!

Nice gym and spa facilities. The spa treatments were also excellent. Afternoon tea was average. The stuffing in one of the sanwiches was still frozen. We were also only given one small pot of clotted cream for two large scones (I had to request more). I know cappuccinos are frothly by nature, but 50% of the cup was froth (not exaggerating). All-in-all a very nice and relaxing day. Would have been a five-star review were it not for the cafe.

Came here for a hen party and it's was so relaxing, the pool and sauna were so relaxing. Got a massage on my back/neck was painful for a few days after so I can only say she got some knots out. Wouldn't pay to join as its abit pricey but for one off days defo go back.
