Had a lovely weekend away, the rooms were gorgeous, well stocked and very clean, coffee machine, tv, extra pillows, robes and slippers. The food was very tasty, fancy place. We indulged in some of the spa treatments, and they were again delightful, along with the pool facilities. The staff were kind and attentive, few little issues 1 with cocktails but they were immediately taken off the bill so absolutely no complaints.
Lovely spa hotel. Very easy to get to just off motorway. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff exceptional, all of them!! Very chatty and couldn't do enough. Service was excellent. We stay here quite a bit and the staff that served us early on a Sunday morning really blew me away! Well done!!nFood is good. Beds very comfy.
We had a stay that included spa and dinner.nnThe room was well appointed and comfortable.nnPublic areas are smart.nnThe spa was way overcrowded. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend it.nnService overall was extremely patchy and inconsistent. There were clearly many inexperienced staff.nnThe bar was left unattended for long periods.nnDinner service was slow and it was an hour before our main course arrived.nnThe food was excellent.nnThe staff started to close up before we were offered coffee or desert. It felt most unwelcoming.nnRaised this with the supervisor but he seemed unbothered by the feedback.nnWe decided not to stay for breakfast.nnWe wouldn’t stay again.nnIt’s a shame as we’ve been here before including for weddings but it’s gone down hill and isn’t worth the money.
Went for a nights stay with my mum, it was amazing we had breakfast and dinner. The food and service was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and there to help if we needed it. There is a milk and water dispenser on every floor, I thought these were a great touch. Robes and slippers are provide and it's accepted to go down to the Spa/pool area in them.. loved this!
Had such an amazing stay over the Christmas period at the end of last year! Visited with my sister for a spa break weekend and we had the most relaxing time. Tia on reception was so friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and booked all our restaurant times in advance for usnnHuge shout out to Etienne for an amazing and attentive dinner service and to Heather who went above and beyond in courtyard to give us the perfect breakfast!nnThe spa facilities were excellent and we took advantage of the treatments available, Charlotte was an amazing massage therapist and we had a super relaxing full body massage from her which was a perfect way to end our staynnThanks again for a fantastic weekend!
