I used to go swimming here and I used to love it. it was such good fun and I would recommend booking a lesson. If your a parent worried about your child's inability to swim, don't worry, come to Roko and your fears will be gone. If your also worried if your child might not get the best teacher, don't worry about that ether, the swimming instructors are really nice and helpful and make  sure your child gets the right training. You will get the right prices and the right training at Roko.please respond :

Lovely staff, very good gym, although the spa area couldndo with an update.

Staff always very friendly and helpful, gym floor exceptionally well-equipped and clean, rarely have to wait for equipment. All well-maintained and high quality. Nice pool, sauna and steam room are a nice bonus. Changing rooms are spacious and clean. Atmosphere is so relaxed and courteous. I attend via a Hussle pass obtained through AXA health insurance, so no comment on the issues others might have had with membership contracts. Haven't tried the classes, but they appear popular.

Played 5- and 7-a-side here a few times now and we always have a great time. The pitches are a bit old but there's nothing wrong with them. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is sometimes rubbish that gets left behind by other users on the pitch. If only people could clean up after themselves!

Been a member since 2009 , very friendly staff and good facilities.
