This is a highly commendable gym; the staff are exceptionally courteous. However, I am distressed by the possibility that their careers may be at risk due to the deteriorating condition of the gym.nI appreciate the fact that their policy encourages fitness by preventing members from canceling their membership. I am aware of your thoughts. What could be the underlying reason for restricting an individual from terminating their gym membership? The gym should resemble work—begin at your convenience and cease when you deem appropriate. Initially, I shared the same sentiment; therefore, I have attempted all available methods to cancel it, including the 14-day cancellation window, but I was informed that this policy only applies to online registrations. I even attempted to utilize the 30-day notice, but they indicated that it is only applicable to non-championship memberships. I even attempted to cancel Direct Debit; they threatened to dispatch bailiff collectors. Yes, they make a considerable effort to avoid canceling it. I find it truly appealing. It assists in maintaining your position. I understand that without doing so, they would be unable to compensate employees' salaries. I am pleased to have been able to contribute. I challenge you to become a member of that Everlast gym. However, I would advise against entering that building under any circumstances, even if pursued by a lion.

I’m really disappointed with the pool area. The family changing rooms have been removed, which makes things very difficult for parents. My daughter is 8 and she’s on my membership, she can’t go in the men’s changing room, she doesn’t want to be alone, and men wouldn’t want an 8‑year‑old girl in there either. This makes getting changed after normal swimming and swimming lessons stressful and impractical.The pool still has missing tiles, green slime on the vertical sections above the waterline, and paint already bubbling because the plaster wasn’t fixed properly. It doesn’t feel clean or well maintained.When I asked a member of staff about the family‑changing situation, they didn’t seem to know what the plan was, which shows poor communication from the franchise and puts staff in a difficult position. Overall, the gym now feels much less welcoming to children, even though swimming lessons still run and children are allowed. And let’s not forget there is now no suitable changing space for babies either. The entrance looks nice, but the pool area and changing facilities remain a real problem.

The personnel at this gym are so kind and helpful; it's really remarkable. But even if a lion were to pursue you, I wouldn't recommend going inside that building.

Gave Everlast a chance, its been awful. The staff are now totally fed up answering any questions because they are either not given information or not allowed to pass it on. Have staff tell me there are no lessons going in when the splash pool is fullnThey have outsourced all the pool activities and no longer post availability. They used to post a schedule, and even update it during school holidays. Now it's total hostility if you ask. No idea if all the lanes or one are being used. No idea if the area will be filled with babies and parents. Worst,  no idea when instructors be there screaming at children for an hour are all the instructors and students partially deaf? WHY YELL ALL THE TIME???. Really relaxing for a steam and a sauna after a workout

Very Poor - Spa facilities are broken more than they are working. Gym equipment is tired as is the decor and interior. Communication is poor.
