The staff are excellent, from booking and making enquiries over the phone right the way to check out, I cannot fault any member of staff we dealt with. Incredibly attentive, helpful and polite without ever getting intrusive. Everyone we dealt with seemed genuinely interested in making our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I would go so far as to say the service and staff are the best I have experienced in a British hotel. The facilities are lovely, everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Food was very nice although I wouldn't say it was anything particularly special, but the level of service made dining a pleasant experience. We also made use of the spa while staying at Rudding Park. The spa is large and very well maintained, the panoramic sauna and outdoor infinity pool (38 degrees and perfect in the winter) were lovely features. Treatments were easy to book and we're on par with any other premium spa. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend Rudding Park to anyone looking for a spa break or a place to stay in Harrogate. While the rooms, views and facilities are on par with a number of other similarly prices hotels in the UK, the staff really are a step ahead and make Rudding Park an excellent choice.

Very nice, stylish place with a great spa area upstairs. Sat in the warm outdoor pool while the snow fell was great. Afternoon lunch was very nice, evening meal was good, not fantastic. Service was good too so well worth a visit.

Stayed a day and a night at Rudding Park for a wedding in November. Spectacular venue with an on-site historical church that can be used for such services. The food was delicious. The rooms beautiful. The staff ever so helpful. Weather here can be mixed in winter but the big open views overlooking the golf course can be enchanting all year round. Harrogate town is just a short drive away and is well worth a visit in its own right. Especially Betty's! Can't recommend a visit enough.

Booked to 2 nights and extended our stay. We couldn't fault anything. Wonderful staff great food and spotless rooms. Well done! 10/10

Attended a social event at Rudding Park. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms was clean and well organized. Would recommend
