Great friendly check in! Rooms are spacious and access to pool and spa is always a bonus. Best part was the restaurant and service here. Food was outstanding, Diana (my server) was brilliant. I asked a question about a desert and the chef sent out a taster. Personal touch! I will be back.

Lovely staff, beautiful rooms and very quiet. A little issue with parking, but eventually sorted out. The food is ok for its price but your better off going out and getting something. Steam room and sauna are amazing, as well as the pool. If your going to get a spa treatment, I’d book ahead as they’re very busy.

Marriott always seems to miss that all important 5 star with me. Rooms feel slightly dated and were quite dusty. The room had a balcony and a racecourse view which was really nice and the bathroom was massive with both shower and bath. It was quite cold and although they provide radiators, still took its time to warm up. Staff were friendly, with special thanks to Tony in the bar. Very funny guy and really couldn’t do enough for us. Restaurant okay, nothing spectacular. We tried both bar and restaurant food. A massive ’put off` was the 12.5% service charge, this was applied to everything inc. Tea/Coffee. Breakfast was heavily priced, we ended up going to Tesco Cafe on one of the mornings, which really surprised us on how good it was.

Stayed as overnight guest, staff were friendly and helpful, room comfortable and well presented, nice gym if a little small (making good use of the space available). Pool area nice. Overall well worth a visit, nicely priced too. Well done.

Very spacious and welcoming room, with comfortable beds. The room was dusty but that didn't matter too much as we only really used the room to get ready and sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they had good car parking facilities with plenty of available spots. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices, and the dining room was very pleasant with lovely views of the racecourse. Overall we had a very nice stay
