To say I wouldn't touch Aces Auto Mall with a barge pole would be the understatement of the century!! I purchased a car from Aces Auto Mall in February. The cars gearbox failed an hour after purchase. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I requested a full refund within the 30 time period. What followed was 3 months of abusive and threatening phone calls (literally dozens a day) from the managing director of Aces Auto Mall. He tried multiple different scare mongering tactics to get me to drop the refund request including calling me a liar, accusing me of fraud and saying they have 'evidence against me'. Eventually, I was left with no choice but to take Aces Auto Mall to small claims court where I won a full refund as well as all other costs associated with the car (tax, insurance, court costs etc.). Even if it looks like the best car in the world, a one time opportunity to buy your dream car, just don't. Stay as far away from this 'dealership' as possible. They are beyond belief. 
As a side note, if you are in the same position I was in, if they won't refund you for a broken down car in the first 30 days, just take them to small claims court. It's a super simple online form and the law is really clear. They will absolutely be instructed to refund you. Just do a bit of research.

I've never dealt with such an unpleasant and insincere trader. Likes to tell you how fair he is, until he has your money. At that point it all changes and  'if you don't like it I'll see you in court'. If you want any chance of getting any money back because you've been missold, you'll be asked to sign a gagging order preventing bad reviews. I'm not surprised that other reviewers are saying he pays for good reviews.

You clearly think I'm someone else, that wasn't me. Why doesn't it  surprise me that you can think of other recent customers with a similar view of your service?

William and his team were so helpful and understanding towards me when I came to them for help getting a new car. I came to them on the Monday and by Friday the same week I was driving away in a Ds3 that I’d been after for some time. They over promised and they definitely over delivered. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or even finance a car.

I purchased a car in may 2017, since September 2017 I have been non stop fixing the car and now the car is coming up with engine malfunction warning! 
I will be taking my car to ford to see if these warnings and faults were here before I purchased the car. 

Go look for used cars on main dealerships website there come with a better service and warranty.

Update.

Both coil springs snapped as they were corroded.
Mechanic has told me clearly was there before I bought the car.
Glowplug wiring is smoking. 
Nice one aces auto mall selling an unsafe car to a mother of 2 👍🏼
