My sales person was Lydia who is very lovely, knowledgeable and professional.
I put down a deposit on a car at this garage and went along to have a test drive with her. I really loved the car however I didn't end up buying it. Lydia was very quick to give back my deposit and was very understanding.I would definitely recommend Lydia and this garage to anyone looking for a second hand car!

Bought a Nissan Serena import and it has been great, there was a initial problem with the mats being missing from the car, and thrown away as one part was ripped, but overall we were happy with the car and we got a little discount which was good. And the car was already a great price to start with. Since then we have been enjoying our new purchase and it is a lovely car.. Michael was very helpful. Thanks

Huge thanks to the AC&F cars team for their professionalism, attention to detail and ‘put the customer first’ approach. Having spent most of my time buying cars from the top marques dealer network and feeling short changed it was a welcomed experience to receive honest, transparent information and efficient service. Hugely important as vehicle purchased was for my wife and young son. AP&F put my families safety as top priority and when a small issue occured with a second hand vehicle (par for the course) AP&F resolved it immediately. Thank you again for excellent service and support.

Expected poor service from a used car dealer but they were great, much better than a new dealer franchise and after service impeccable, they are really helpful. Don't normally write reviews but these guys deserve it. I bought a Discovery and wanted the alloy wheels sprayed satin black and have a few other bits, it was no problem at all. Also got a three warranty and can bring it back to their garage anytime, I have complete peace of mind and am very satisfied.

I bought a car from them in Nov ‘17 and the day I collected it, it had serious issues. It took 2 months, many return visits and ultimately the threat of legal action, before the repairs took place. It lasted less than 2 months before having to go for more repairs. Needless to say, I did not return to them for the next round of repairs. 

I wouldn’t buy a car, nor would I return for repairs or servicing. I will now avoid them like I would Ebola. I may as well have taken my money and wiped my back side with it before tossing it in the bin. 

The service manager has a manner of speaking that, although polite on the outset, comes across as though you are nothing but a temporary inconvenience to him. His inability to return a call, or give an update is frustrating to an extreme and he did not seem to care when I confronted him on his ignorance. 

Every aspect of my dealings with this company have been unpleasant to put it politely, and I would highly recommend that any one looking for a new car or repairs/servicing avoid them and go somewhere else.
