Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the town and other shops so if you got a long wait and no lift there is plenty to do. Or they have a quiet waiting room with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Could do with a TV that isn't just Mercedes advertising to make your wait a little better. Happy with the service I received
