I've used Haywards for 5 years for servicing and MOT of my Peugeot vehicle. The majority of the time the customer service has been excellent, though recently I have had 2 occurrences of delayed action resulting in my time wasted. I don't go there for tyre changes any more as one tyre took 90 minutes, another time a service dragged on and 3pm soon became 6.30pm and a courtesy car for the weekend. It is useful they can do pick-up and drop-offs within Sevenoaks, though the times can be limited as they only have one driver.

I was served by Sandra. She was very friendly and gave great customer service. I think everyone experiences things differently but I would recommend this garage as the staff are nice and friendly.

Great experience with these guys - am on my third car in the last 10 years and all my family buy cars from Haywards and always will. Great value for money and wonderful service.

I have bought many new cars as I usually change them every two years,this was the best experience I have had,not too pushy but Sandra(I think that's her name)was very knowledgeable and always communicated back if she was busy etc.Had to use the customer services afterwards and they too were excellent.I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them next time I purchase a new car.5 star all the way.

service team were very helpful. found me a van for the day at last min. the lady at the desk (i didn't catch her name) was super helpful 10/10
