Just purchased a lovely Peugeot 308 from Windgrove Motor Company and thank you . Special mention must go to Olly Ussery my sales contact . From my first enquiry about the car to Olly he arranged a fair trade in price for my existing car and sorted out all the paperwork and had it waiting for me at the arranged time and date , he also phoned me daily with updates and e mails . Top notch customer service Olly .. Will definitely use again
Stay in Scotland but saw a Citroen that I liked got InTouch with Andy what a pleasure from start to delivery even the guy who delivered the car was pleasant and I like to thank him personally for bringing the car all this way again can't recommend windgrove motors enough we will be back
Bought a Peugeot from this garage, and I have to say from start to finish it was a joy. All the lads were great. Andy who dealt with us was fantastic, would think we known him for years. Would 100%recommend
I had an issue with my C5 Aircross Service staff and workshop were excellent at Newcastle branch, sorted the issue efficiently and promptly, answered all questions I had so that i could understand the issue. Absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend!
Booked van in for 1st service had to wait a few weeks to get it booked in as we needed to have a courtesy van for the day. Turned up on the morning & there was no van available to us so was giving a small car which was no good for me to do my job. They ended up having the van for 2 days as the system needed updating which they said takes a long time. There was also a new part fitted to the van inside the cab & the van was left in abit of a mess after fitting it.
Bought a car through Colin, couldn't have been easier. Had it delivered to the door 48hrs later at no additional cost. First class service all round.
Brilliant Service from Colin. He was very patient and didnt make me feel like I couldn't afford a car, unlike other places i had been over the week! Got a very good price for an almost new C5, as well as, good trade in value for my very old Merc. Overall, 5 stars for sure for this garage and their friendly staff.
Just bought a Peugeot 2008 and can’t fault the service! Andy took care of things from us test driving the car to sorting all the paperwork. He is a canny bloke which made all the difference
Colin was professional helpful and always rang me back Kevin the delivery guy was a gentleman We had a nice cup of tea and a chat on delivery of our new car He is a credit to the company
