Bought a 2006 Subaru Outback from John for a fair price and was happy with the car. I had inspected the car and test driven it before purchase, all was well. 

On the way home, I got the check engine light on! It did not seem serious so I pulled over and called John right away. I was worried something fishy was going on, but John offered to pay for whatever the car needed, within reason. I took it to Subaru who advised me it was a misfire likely caused by the spark plugs. All fixed and all paid for by John. A happy ending and a great car from a genuine, professional, honest dealer. 

Just one of those highly unlucky situations, in which he stood by and helped me get it sorted. You can't say fairer than that! Happy Customer.
