Quick and easy transaction. Friendly staff on site. Just wish there was more visible info available beforehand on what would reduce the price offered.
Easy to locate, friendly services but not always value for your car but the cash is instantly.
David was excellent: supportive, honest and helpful. The website could have been better designed, though; it gave limited opportunity to declare the car’s condition, so the final price fell below the online quote. All in all a good company, and I recommend it.
Good service , explained everything pretty well. Car was valued and sold in less than 30mins. Location isn't the best as itis just next to blue car park. We buy any car valuation seemed to decrease by £170 for a 200 mile from initial valuation

It is what it is! Easy process and low price for your car/van. It's neither good or bad!!!
A professional, careful and polite process. Elements resulting in a reduction in the offer were explained. Downside was that Android Auto & a reversing camera, in addition to the car spec both fitted by manufacturers dealers were not allowed for. The explanation was was basically "Computer say No", had they been allowed for the 5*.
