I was charged £100 for a diagnostics test to establish the fault. They said we know what the problem is, it will be £180 in total to fix I agreed, a few hours later, I received a call to say they have replaced the censor and the problem remains, it hasn't rectified the problem. It will be an extra £320 to fix it now, on top of the £180. Basically they didn't pick up the real problem initially.
Your van is ready to pick up sir!, the problem isn't fixed but I want £180 from you! Total disgrace, rip-off! I am being financially penalised for the incompetence of the person who didn't Annalise the true fault. Had they told me it will be a process of elimination at my expense, I wouldn't of left the vehicle.

Not my first poor experience. Only 1 star as 0 not available. The wife brought her car in following a recall. The customary health check uncovered a host of additional work. It highlighted an oil leak, snapped coil spring and a previous repair that hadn't been carried out correctly. The wife rang in a panic quoting £400 to repair but luckily they would accept staged payments. How nice 1 thought but declined and opted for an alternative quote. Taking the list and breakdown to an independent garage I discovered no oil leak nothing wrong with the previous repair and had a new coil spring fitted for £60. This company are a bunch of swindling thieves beware of going anywhere near them.

Had a fantastic customer experience. The staff were great and really help full in explaining everything from the payments to all the gadgets in the car. Thank you for a great car

Good experience of buying car at deal price (Zafira 2013), but didn't get cashback which was committed by sales person (who left few months later), Now worst part is servicing under their service plan which unfortunately I signed up for. Each time I used to check all work done by them being quality engineer and car enthusiasts, and spotted things marked as done in work check-list but actually not done (e.g. lubricating door hinges, door brakes etc.). On two year service they recommended me to change brake fluid for discounted price £9.99 and I agreed to be done after call from front service desk, Then within 5 to 10 minutes I had call from another lady to let me know that your car is ready, surprised. I was sure brake fluid not done. I did open bonnet straightaway, in front of service manager, who confirmed me that car has not been fully serviced, not even brake fluid change. They took it for one more day to do full service again. Definitely honesty is lacking from their service department.

My experience at Bristol Street Vauxhall Newcastle was memorable because of the friendly, helpful and honest manner. Car dealer Lauren Sewel is the best there. Very professional customer service. 😎🖒
I can give 10 stars not 5.
I had very bad experience with Gateshead customer service and i never go back there. I should visit Bristol Street straight away but better to do that bit later than never.
