Our salesman Sean Barclay was very helpful and although we were looking at a Mitsubishi and not a Honda he was able to tell us everything we needed to know. We had a good test drive as we both wanted to see if it was the car for us. Sean gave us a good deal and we collected our new car the next day. We're really happy with the car and would recommend Vertu Honda to friends and family.

Bought a second-hand Jazz from Vertu. Overall I was very happy with the process. John Walker was the Sales Executive who dealt with the sale and he did a great job - very friendly, efficient and processed the sale with the minimum of hassle. The price of second hand cars here may be slightly higher than you would pay elsewhere (and there seems to be minimal scope to negotiate on price), but the service is excellent and the cars come with full honda warranty.

I went into the showroom with a good idea of the type of car I wanted but it didn't necessarily have to be a Honda. The salesperson listened to my requirements (which included a budget limit) and then made recommendations. I was very pleased with the outcome, which included keeping the vehicle within the budget I had set - no hard sale, just plain common sense.

Picked up our new HRV from Honda Newcastle.  Service from John walker was great, he was a good salesman to deal with and provided great customer service after a mishap with our car once we left the garage.  Could have been a very different review if it hadn’t been for John being so helpful and keeping in touch with aftercare.  Would highly recommend buying a car from him - well done John on a great job.

I dealt with Mr John Walker who was extremely professional and friendly. I purchased a new 2018 car and Mr Walker made the whole process easy and smooth.  Super pleased with my new car and the service provided by Mr Walker and the team at Vertu Honda, Newcastle!
