Jonathan Very informative and patient while we browsed there range. Given various vehicles to test drive without the hassle and pushy sales spiel. Eventually bought a nearly new ex demo saving £k and pleased with the service, the brand quality and especially the ongoing 10yr warranty if serviced at a main dealership. Dealership very professional and the flowers for my wife much appreciated.
We recently visited the dealership on two occasions to see the Aygo X Ltd Ed and was helped each time by Brian. He was very professional, not pushy and down to earth. He advised us and clarified that we had all the information we needed. We would definitely go back. Excellent
Very impressed with the customer service from Justin &Cameron. Engineer Chris came out of workshop to explain the assessments and diagnostics, which was especially helpful. Work carried out was satisfactory and prices are reasonable.
I purchased a new yaris cross from stoneacre gateshead 3 months ago all was finethey got my money but last week on a journey up to Glasgow the wind screen wash stopped working, which meant many stops to keep cleaning windows. when I returned home I rang dealership and the person on reception asked me to just call in and they would sort it. l called in today but when I got there I was informed it would cost me £15, I advised the sales man that I felt this was disgusting since the car is less than 3 months old, however the salesman you deal with re: aftercare is so very different to the salesman selling you the car. in my opinion the after care service is shocking. this is my first time using Toyota I can only say i wish i hadnt bothered & stuck with a vauxhall dealer where i have purchased a few brand new vehicles & only ever received an excellent after care service Lets just say, never again & I certainly won't be recommending toyota gateshead to anyone, not Even my worst enemy. unfortunately I joined the service club, but at least that's only one visit a year, be assured that will be my only dealing with them. If I could give zero score I would UPDATE 28/12 Managed to purchase a fuse for 25p & googled how to fit it myself, & thats still without a response from my complaint at Toyota Notice though they manage to acknowledge the positive posts!!!!!

Our Toyota Proace van broke down on route to our summer holiday. Excellent customer care from the first phone call to picking it up, cleaned and hoovered . Excellent staff. Dreadful service you book a service one day and they cancel the next. I have recently book a MOT and they cancel again!!! Shocking service I now go to the Silverlink Branchspot on service and great at communicating with the customer. The manger of branch loves to argue and talk over you if you have valid complaint! Don’t bother they waste peoples time
