Mill Volvo has a long history of operating Volvo car dealerships across the North East of England, going all the back to 1947. By providing a personalised and honest service to all of our customers. we've been fortunate to be held in high regard regionally as leading car dealers.

We called in on a Saturday afternoon to look at three cars, we were greeted on arrival and shown the cars and left to view them in our own time, after disregarding one car I asked for a test drive of the first car I was still unsure and asked to try the second.
Even though the car was buried at the rear of the showroom our salesman Mark Saunders was happy to bring it out for us while we were treated to a coffee, after 10 minutes Mark appeared with the keys and we set off for another enjoyable test drive.
Having never bought a car from a main dealer before Mark made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience with no pressure and his advice and knowledge was fantastic.
We left feeling like we had come away with a bargain and a good after sales deal.
When I next need a car I won’t hesitate to return to Mill Volvo Newcastle and can thoroughly recommend you try them for your next vehicle.

Friendly,helpful receptionists gave a good first impression.
Vehicles on display well priced and displayed.
Sales personnel Anthony,knowledgeable with no pressure applied.
A good part exchange given and after sale service first class.
Mechanic James took time to explain the comprehensive electronic control system.

Just bought 2014 XC90 Executive from Matthew Lane. Top sales guy, no pushy tactics. He sorted window tinting in good price. I came down all way down from London to view the car and I wasn't disappointed. Highly recommended by me.

I was in the market for an estate and test drove various models. Came to Mill Volvo Newcastle and got into the v60 r-design. I fell in love with it straight away. Lovely service from the team down there,. Great team all round,  would definitely recommend this garage if you're looking for a new or used car.

Disappointed with the service from this garage. A price that was initally agreed for my v40 was only honoured after I called them to point out a higher and incorrect price was in paper work and informed them that their Sunderland branch would sell the same model with fewer miles for the price which was agreed in the first instance. Paint work repair, which was part of our agreement, was not carried out before I collected the car as promised, so it had to be returned. They did offer me the use of a courtesy car while they kept mine to complete repairs. Unfortunately the rear door locks failed during the first week of ownership so they took car and repaired paint and door locks too over three days. To be completely honest, I was left feeling like once they had my money their service levels went through the floor, purely because agreements were not honoured until I complained. I did not feel like a valued customer and I personally will be choosing to deal with another Volvo dealership in the future.
