Received an online quotation on Friday, a great guy named Lukas called to make an appointment. Wasn't too sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews but I have to admit the customer service I received was outstanding. I knew the online quote wouldn't be the price I would get as the Mitsubishi Colt I was selling needed some attention, however I was very happy with the price offered and accepted and the money was in my bank within the hour. Don't go with unrealistic expectations be honest and open minded. I HIGHLY recommend this business and was very pleasantly surprised when Lukas brought me home. 5 stars!

An excellent experience with we buy cars for more. Friendly customer service, I was offered a drink on arrival and welcomed politely. I was only in the office 20 minutes when I was offered a great deal on my car, money transferred into my account instantly and the team arranged collection from my home at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend!

Bought myself a car from here, enquired about it on the 1st of January and was already driving home with it on the 7th. Great communication throughout it all and amazing service once we arrived. Offered drinks and got told everything in detail about the car and paper work etc. The car was looking amazing once we got there. Great place to find a used car. They have everything from your run around to your luxury Range Rovers. Took my dad to get a new car, service was great. No pressure and even got the car delivered to his home address with no issues.

Bought a new car and the service was absolutely outstanding and professional at all times. I have bought a car here before and everytime i have visited, its been an amazing experience. If you are looking to purchase a new car, sell a car or even just have any questions this is the place to go!

The valuation for my car was given as £2275 through the website so I booked an appointment to get it sold asap - a private sale would be £3000. When I arrived for my appointment a salesman took my key, looked at my car for 30 seconds and when he returned offered me £1200. Very disappointing after ferrying my car across busy Newcastle on my day off.

Overall experience when bought the car was really good, from the finance to the car sale thanks to Collin and Jasper. Not pushy at all and left the decision on myself. Would I go back? Of course.  Since the cars been bought the cars had some issues with lights flagging up and before the car was purchased it was raised several times. It was looked at by the showroom and  the lights were taken off but the issues have continued. Now as the warranty comes to an end in November. I again raised this issue and told them I’m not happy as it been raised from day one just to be turned away and today it’s gone in for one part to be replaced and now again it’s going back in again for more jobs. Policy has changed and no courtesy provided. It’s just a massive faff around going backwards and forwards doing taxi runs.  But I am grateful that finally the works are being carried out and it’s been looked into.
