I took my car for repairs. I am pleasantly surprised with the kind of service I received at the dealership. Everything seems to be well organised, from making the appointment through the repair process to collection. Everything is explained and a video of the vehicle health check is also sent to you. Craig Russell and Dan from the service team were excellent. Craig went above and beyond expectations when we had to consider additional work to be done and his communication by e mail was timely and efficient. Dan also topok the time to explain patiently how the dash cam works.

Yet another first class experience ordering and collecting our new Q8 on Thursday. We’ve been coming to Newcastle Audi since 2011 and have been loyal repeat customers since. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make the deal work in your favour as far as possible, they seek out any opportunities to make savings on upgrades and genuinely work to hunt out the right car with the desired spec at the best possible price. We’ve had the pleasure of having Ella Longmore’s sales input since 2011, she’s fabulous and makes it all feel like a breeze, nothing is too much. We’ve just had a great experience with Daniel Blythe, he’s an absolute gent and went out of his way to make our latest purchase work for us, he kept us constantly up to date, checked in with Ella to ensure he got the best outcome possible for us, and made great efforts to add a very personal touch - Dan is The Man. Would 100% recommend anyone, and have done with friends, to use Newcastle Audi, they’re top of their customer service game and after sales care is second to none.
