Rang the dealership four times to arrange for a service. This has been met with a mixture of "Someone will call you back" or no answer all when put through to the servicing department. I had liked the service when I initially bought my V60, but no longer. I will be taking my business else where from now.

No pressure from sales staff. Warm welcome from receptionnist who immediately contacted the person I had come to see. Johnny the sales guy put no pressure on me whatsoever and explained everything to me in detail. Totaly stress free car purchase. 10/10

Great customer service from this dealer. Nothing is any trouble at all. Staff are all so friendly and helpful.

First service and can't fault them, even sent me a video of the car and the results of the health check.. Very civil, polite and professional but not surprised as I have used them before
