I have to say Mike Jones was the nicest person to look after us as we searched for the perfect car. He took time to look at what was not only within our budget but also ensuring that the spec on the car had all the essentials. I went to Ford not knowing what I really wanted with a budget!nI love the Fiesta ST but can’t afford one of the those but Tom was quick to suggest the ST LIne which l loved!nI told him him much money I had to spend and was straight on it to find the perfect car for me..nI’m now a proud owner of a Fiesta ST line X edition!nI love it! Thank you Tom for taken the time out to find my perfect car..!

Lewis was brilliant from start to finish. He made us very welcome each time we visited Vospers Ford Exeter. He explained every detail and made the purchase of our new car very easy indeed. He also followed up with a phone call exactly when he said that he would. Overall our experience with Lewis and Vospers Ford Exeter was excellent.

The whole experience with Vospers has been excellent, car was on time, salesman was fantastic. This is my first Ford and the car is awesome! Will definitely go back to Vospers when I change my vehicle. I was treated with courtesy and respect, everything was explained to me. I received a follow up phone call as promised to see how things were. I value the human element and the relationship between dealer and myself has to be good, Vospers did a great job!

I’m happy to say that as a returning customer that once again I have had a fantastic time shopping with Vospers.nI was upgrading my car with the team as they had reached out too me and informed me that now was an ideal time for me to do it. The salesperson in question was extremely patient with me which is ideal as my job has me in a position where I’m not always readily available.nThe salesperson and team were very professional in their understanding of my needs with a vehicle and their resolve with closing the previous finance I feel was a slick process with no dramas which for me reflects their due-diligence to providing outstanding customer service.nI left the showroom with not just a new vehicle but once again feeling like the team had thoroughly looked after me and my interests.nWell done Exeter! Strong effort to Marshall and the entire team!
