I have never been somewhere where everyone works at a snails pace. Nearly 2 weeks ago I went in there to purchase a car and I've STILL not got it. I've had 4 dates of when the car will be ready but it's still not ready. They will NEVER call you.... So when they say we'll call you back.... Don't expect a call. Excuse after excuse...  They really aren't bothered of your need for a car. I've never experienced such bad customer services. Hopefully I'll have my car by Christmas (it's Easter now)!!!! I have been extremely patient and not lost my temper yet but I'm very much ready to tell them to forget about it now.

Excellent customer service from Mark. Used their 'move car closer' and it worked perfectly. We were aware there would be no price haggling with EH, but both small defects we pointed out were put right.  One small 'supermarket car park' dent was repaired without quibble. The car had very low mileage so we asked for the battery to be checked, it was and was replaced. Mark even phoned on his day off to check that pick up (with Charlie) had gone smoothly. We would recommend Evans Halshaw Exeter and in particular Mark.

Turned up at the showroom in Exeter as i I happend to be passing to view a car I had seen on auto trader walked into the showroom nobody in sight of this massive space so I went into the yard to see if I could see the car. Car was nowhere to be seen so I went back into the showroom still nobody there. I got back into my car and called them and after 3 minutes waiting I got through to reception she put me through to sales who never answered. I thought I would give them one more chance so went back into the showroom another lady followed in . A guy came in form the yard clutching a mobile to his shoulder and asked if he can help, I told him about the car and I couldn't see it and he said if it's not here it's in prepeperation then immediately asked the lady behind me if she wanted help. I was amazed that I went into a shop to spend £11000 and got fobbed off think I might have dodged a bullet if there before service is this bad what on earth is the after service like ☹️

I have just purchased a car from here through the "move me closer scheme", car brought down from Mansfield...absolutely fantastic as last time i had to drive half way across the country! Paid £200 deposit for the move, car arrived a week later  & I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with your delightful Business Mgr Christian & salesman Connor.  Both their customer service skills,  from beginning to end were quite literally faultless. Connor such a charismatic young man, with such a lovely warm personality, always smiling and going the extra mile in his job.  Quite unusual for someone so young & Christian also going the extra mile.

They honoured my "webuyanycar" quote & the service was fantastic. Never known such nice, laid back, pleasant sales guys...would highly recommend evanshalshaw exeter.

Dont use. Worse dealer i have ever used. I brought a skoda yeti through evans halshaw exeter. When waiting for it to be ready i called the dealer every day for 5 days in a row to ask when i can collecr. Every time i was told noone was available to speak to me but they would take a message and get someone to call me back. I didnt recieve a single response! I continued chasing and on the 6th day threatened to make a complaint and was put through to sales. I was told my car had arrived (but obviously no call!). I went in and test drove the car. They needed to complete some work on it (mot. Brake test. Etc) and told me i could they would call me the next day. No phone call. Or the next day or the next day (again message left with receptionist and no response!!!) Or the next day. I had to call 5 days later and found noone could deal with me except the person i origionally spoke to and they were off the day i was meant to collect. I eventually went in (going out of my way) to the store. If i hadnt have paid a 200 pound deposit i would have given up! When i went in it was ready to be taken but yet again noone had told me and i had to chase this myself!!! I drove it away hoping to not have to deal with the dealer again. On the way home it started raining and the rear wipers wouldnt work properly. I also noticed after 2 trips the driver door was sticking. I took the car to their garage today and have been told i need to take it to skoda and sort through them myself (despite only picking up from evans halshaw 2 days ago!). Ive driven home and found a chip on my bonnet!ive only been to the evans halshaw garage today and it was not there thus morning so clearly happened at the garage! Absolutely terrible service all round. I will never use evans halshaw again and would not recommend them! Complaint just submitted and awaiting a response!
