Went in for a transmission oil change on my 12 year old GS300. The staff and hospitality were great. I felt really bad because they cleaned and hoovered the car afterwards, it was a bit of a mess! Gear changes are much smoother now, well worth the visit! I felt like I was treated the same as someone with a 2 year old car. I will definitely return for future work.

Just simply outstanding service and a one stop hassle free car purchase transaction. Lexus cars are just the perfect step forward to reducing fatigue when driving.

Bought a secondhand Lexus in early 2016 and used Snows for servicing and to repair faulty air-con and headlight. They were really good to agree to fit a compressor I sourced for the air-conditioning and to manage to repair the headlight issue and avoid the cost of replacement. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. My only observation is that its all very clinical where the mechanics are kept well away from the customer - I think I would prefer to speak directly to them. I'm sure this happens with all main dealers to be fair.
