I bought my car from Yeomans and they couldn’t have been any more helpful. When I bought it I also got a service policy and so all work that was needed at the recent service was paid for already. There was also an issue with the central locking and this was fixed quickly and under warranty. I highly recommend this garage and the staff are all really friendly.

I took my company car in as it had a knocking issue with one of the wheels and had done from when I took delivery 2 weeks prior. I went in just before my allotted appointment and was seen too quickly by a member of the team. Fortunately it was an easy fix and took no longer than half hour. They offered me hot drinks and a car wash whilst I waited and then went to the effort to show me the issue. Great service, efficient and super helpful.

My car was in for a service and some other work.   I get an SMS at 11.15  AM to tell me my car is ready. Also a call to say it’ll be ready from 12.    Drove 45 minutes to collect it and arrived at 1.20 PM only to be told it isn’t ready and it will be another 20 minutes.    Very poor communication from a surly receptionist.   Will be using Škoda Bridgewater in future.  Sadly also owned by Yeomans but they may be more competent.

Staff weren't very welcoming, and despite calling in advance to say with car we were interested in, no availability for a test drive. It's almost like they were doing us a favour by existing.

I went to their 4 day launch extravaganza. It was for new models.nnNo food or drink, very few cars available. No Superb in the showroom, staff not knowing their product. It's not my ideal way to do it. Why publicise it so much, when it was a non-event.
