After getting the all clear to start driving again with an adaption, we happened to call into Exeter Inchcape and met James who had good knowledge of the motability scheme. With his help we made a decision right there and then on my new vehicle. We were kept updated along the way and to add to this great experience we also collected our car 6 weeks earlier than the original delivery date. Altogether we have had a great experience, the whole team are polite and welcoming and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
Visit for mot and brake fluid change. I was almost late I phoned to warn and spoke to Beverly who really knows customers and makes you feel valued. Ben than was ready for me again makes you welcome and sorted my loan car. On collection of my car it was again highly efficient and nothing appears too much effort. It was also good to have a washed clean car. As always personal service in an unhurried and professional Manor.
We picked up my approved used car yesterday and couldn’t be happier. The service we received from Martyna was outstanding, she responded to us quickly and helped us with all our queries. We are so happy with the car and would definitely come back for any new one!
Amazing dealership. Everyone we met or dealt with was amazing. However huge thanks goes to James for the hard work and dedication he put in to take our enquiry, and deal with everything from the order to the handover where even then he patiently walked me through everything I needed to know without us feeling rushed. Thanks for everything James!!!!!
Could not have been a more positive experience just picked up a new id4. We were looked after by James McJury from ordering to the pick up of the car.we were kept informed on the progress of the car on a regular basis. Even when we picked up the car and couldn’t get the app to work he talked us through the set up over the phone.would recommend Inchcape to anyone great service.
