I recently purchased a 2021 orange Citroen C4 from Yeomans Citroen in Exeter, and I couldn't be happier with both the car and the exceptional service I received, especially from Chris! From the moment I walked into the showroom, Chris's attentiveness and knowledge stood out. He took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through the features of the Citroen C4 with enthusiasm. Chris's friendly demeanour made the entire car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. One standout aspect of my purchase was the seamless delivery process. Despite living in Wales, the car was delivered right to my doorstep. To top it off, the tank was filled with diesel, saving me a trip to the fuel station and allowing me to hit the road immediately. The 2021 Citroen C4 itself is a head-turner with its vibrant orange color and sleek design. Superstars! Had just bought a new to me! Berlingo panel van. As drove it back, heard strange ticking noise from the engine. Called Yeomans and got through to the brilliant Clive Jones. Clive booked me in for an engine diagnostic and service. Engine diagnostic wasn't good news. However the kindness and professionalism from Clive has been amazing. He took responsibility to contact the dealership I had got the van off. Took all the stress and worry off my plate and secured agreement from the dealership to pay for the engine issues. Not only this, he liaised with them to look at my radio, something I knew was broken, but was going to be another month to be fixed through the dealership. Clive ensured that all the issues with my van were handled in one job lot and removed all the coordination and negotiation from me. He made it his problem and made sure the pressure on me was as small as possible. Basically he went above and beyond. Clive then went out of his way to keep me informed and up to date. Calling me when he didn’t have an update just so I didn’t worry, as well as when he did have one. Excellent in terms of customer service, but Clive goes further, he is one of the best people. Well done Citreon you have secured a very loyal customer because of the brilliant Clive and the service from the wider team.
I first visited this dealership, among many others in 2015, whilst looking for a new car. I opted for this site as I purchased a DS3. For the last 9 years I have received nothing but an excellent standard or service. From the initial sale, yearly service and MOT’s to very recently a visit for a repair on my exhaust. All members of staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to keep you informed, updated and provide very helpful options and advice. My car is now 9 years old and still in excellent condition. I highly recommend this dealership. I am neurodivergent and can find environments challenging. The friendly staff, comfortable waiting area with free endless refreshments puts me at ease. I would like to say a big thanks to Ryan who helped me save 85% off a possible repair bill by working with the technicians to come up with another solution to my exhaust problem. Went into the showroom as i wanted to look inside one of the cars outside after waiting patiently for someone to ask if I needed any help without success I left and went elsewhere where hopefully someone worked who wanted to sell me a car!! Very poor
Endless calls to get a vechicle booked in for a recall To be told we will call back Sir well after 6 calls over 3 months and still no date and no reply to emails and one visit to site to get sorted I've gone elsewhere no service at all yeomans should perhaps shut the door and give there work to hawkins
What can I say Bought my Citroen ami from this dealership and wow !!! everything from start to finish with my new purchase went so smooth . I have to say Simon who handled the sale did really go out his way to make this a smooth transaction, if anyone ever needs anything at this dealership ask for Simon he was an amazing from start to finish . Had extremely good sales and service from DES Exeter until now. I had a 24 month warranty on my DS7 and when querying about the warranty, I was advised to renew the warranty and was given a number to phone by the service department at Yeomans. The warranty provider who I phoned said - sorry - too late your warranty expired 6 weeks ago and because of that it cannot be renewed - it should have been done earlier. No one from Yeomans advised me about the possibility of extending the warranty much less than it should have been done directly after the 2 year warranty. So now I sit with a vehicle which could have had an extended warranty if I had been told earlier. Very disappointed
Wouldn't have put any stars, but had to in order for it to let me post!! A review about what goes on behind closed doors I feel is needed and how they treat their staff! Absolutely disgusting place to work for! Apparently workplace bullying is accepted here,and it's just easier to get rid of the newbies! Nothing gets done when reported and suddenly the victim has to suffer! They "let you go" without a valid reason or explanation. Avoid!!
