A service 'A' was carried out on my vehicle, although I have a service plan, it equated to £777.89p On contacting a local garage who can access the database to see what has been done, was told that the A service would have cost me £295.20 should I have had the service carried out through themselves and that according to the yearly milage I had done would not necessarily have needed the replacement parts that were fitted. If I was to get my service plan through Mercedes-Benz online my service plan would be cheaper with a FREE mot ,  rather than half price mot through Mercedes-Benz South West.nI feel totally ripped off by this company and will be cancelling my service plan as soon as my monthly payments clear the debt that apparently my monthly payments do not cover for the services.

As soon as you turn up at the garage you know you are in good hands. They make you feel very welcome, especially the new layout waiting area for free coffee and cake if needed : You can also continue to check your emails etc. if working. The staff are very polite & friendly keeping you updated at all times with the work that's being carried out, video of your vehicle as well, explaining the faults if any. Would recommend having your vehicle serviced here.
