Had amazing service here, didn't feel too under pressure with annoying sales tactics. I was very looked after by Ben and Tamara. Great customer service. Travelled little bit of distance (from Birmingham) to do a good deal, was definitely worth the journey. They were really helpful before heading down. Even now i still feel very comfortable to email them, or call for any questions. If your considering a new car, contact Mercedes Benz Exeter.

Absolute disgraceful customer service. Once a leasing agreement is signed customer service is non existent. Mercedes Benz Southwest do not have sorry or apology in there vocabulary . Complaints to senior management director level result in an insulting offer of £50 off a Mercedes Benz Accessory. If looking to lease a Mercedes Benz vehicle , I would suggest trying a different dealership instead of Mercedes Benz South West Exeter Fleet Division. You would expect better customer service from a prestigious brand.

Appaulling..... sums it all up... Stuck with a car I hate and don’t even want to own let alone drive... All the used cars seem to have had work on them.... constant issues... the words that will ring in my ears from the sales manager are ‘I used to work for BMW and when I asked why they where always in for repairs, the reaponse I got back was we are no Mercedes Benz’ I should have run a mile at that point. Utter madness two cars and full of faults.... no refund offered just an uplift to get into an even worse car. Smiles are very easy to give, but forget getting a refund.... I’ve never dealt with such an appaulling main dealer in my life. The first thing you see when you turn into Mercedes Benz is a SMART car logo. If your smart turn around and save yourself the heartache, drive away as fast as your present car will take you. It’s going to be 100% more reliable than the car they sell you.

sometimes great, sometimes not so great - really depends who you end up dealing with. The cars are excellent but it's the service aspect of some staff in general that really let's things down unfortunately. I have had two cars from them and have found that things don't always get followed up on when you have an enquiry, or the response to your query has missed the point... however I have loved both of my cars
