I recently purchased a new A3 plug-in hybrid. The experience was very good from start to finish. It was a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making the car buying process much more enjoyable.nThe staff were friendly and professional. I was primarily assisted by Georgia Watson, a newer member of the team, who demonstrated a pleasant, friendly and calm demeanour during the process. Despite being newer, Georgia handled the process very well, ensuring that any questions or potential issues I had were resolved promptly and efficiently, just as one would expect.nAlso the follow up courtesy call from Neill was greatly appreciated. It provided me with an opportunity to discuss the differences of living with my first plug-in hybrid.nOverall a great experience thanks to the service and support from the dealership. Highly recommended.
Superb Customer Service On A Par With GermanynI took my Audi A6 into Marshall’s Audi Exeter today for a replacement passenger airbag and was delighted with the customer care I was given. I was made welcome by Curtis who went out of his way to help, I was offered a hot drink and biscuits, then I was given a complimentary bus ticket to travel to the city centre.nOn my return I was again offered a hot or cold drink and biscuits.nThe customer care was superb and on a par with dealerships in Germany, which I often visit.
During my visits all the staff were welcoming and very friendly and my dealings with Georgia our Sales Executive were very relaxed and easy going. Even though new to the job the whole process in helping buy my first Audi went smoothly. She was always offering us refreshments which my daughter took full advantage of by eating her weight in shortbread biscuits : Great customer service overall. Thank you.
I never leave reviews but the after sales customer service is non existent.nnI bought a TTS just over 6 weeks ago and everything seemed fine until the sale had been completed.nnWhen purchasing, I noticed that I was overcharged and I asked for the refund to happen while I was still there and I was told they would need to process it. I was told it would be refunded in 3-5 working days. After 3 weeks, I still didn’t have the money back. I chased a couple times in those 3 weeks and was assured of the 3-5 working days. After waiting another week I called the Sales Manager and it was only then I finally got the refund.nnWhilst all this was going I had a couple of features that weren’t working on the car and I mentioned this on the phone a couple days after purchase. They didn’t know what was causing the issues so they said they would follow it up with a technician. I kept chasing whilst chasing for the refund, but kept getting the same answer. Every time I was told I would be given a call back and I wasn’t called back once. I also mentioned the same issues whilst speaking to the sales manager and he assured me that he would deal with the matter personally. Here we are 3 weeks later and nothing.nnIn addition to the above, the car was meant to be in near perfect condition besides 2 minor marks on the alloys. When going through the 150 point check it said that the windscreen was damaged but had been fixed. However there was a sizeable chip still on the windscreen and when I questioned it because I thought that it would’ve been fixed, they said that they treated it so it wouldn’t crack as fast. So obviously I will need to replace that myself.nnLast but not least, the car is now in a garage because one of the alloys is cracked. I refuse to believe this has happened during my brief ownership because I know for a fact that I haven’t hit a single pot hole and an alloy doesn’t crack over such a short period.nnI’ve given up chasing the issues raised because clearly they don’t value their customers once they’ve paid.nnIt appears that they’re happy to take your money and run. Like I’ve said, I never leave reviews but I’m honestly bored of chasing a lost cause.
I bought an Audi Q3 last week and was dealt with by one of the newer members of the sales team, Georgia Watson. This did not show as Georgia was excellent in her job and provided us with all the customer information in the most pleasant manner making it an enjoyable experience. The car is all that you expect from Audi as well.
