Just bought our first Mini through Ben at Virtu Mini in Exeter. What a refreshing change to have a constant line of contact from start to finish. Ben went out of his way to offer a great part exchange price and complete the purchase in a seamless way. The car was as described or better, thanks for the service and no doubt we’ll be back for servicing
I am having a terrible experience with Vertu MINI Exeter. I bought a used MINI from Liverpool Williams and the car was sent to me with damage to the media screen which LW claimed to have been caused in thier workshop. There was a lot corrupt behaviour around the sale. I was asked to take the car to Vertu MINI and the first time I took it there, I was intimidated by one of the workshop managers who started asking the guy next to him whether he had a loaded gun when I was dropping off the car and doing the paper work. I never had any updates and when I returned 4 days later the repairs had not been done. I was lied to by another manager at Vertu and was handed a bogus repairs list and he started explaining a whole lot made up issues about the car with extraordinary and dishonest explanations. He also asked me to return the car to them. The car is now in for a second time and unnecessary delays are being caused to the repairs process to cause deliberate inconvenience to us. Every time I am shown a longer and longer list of repairs - which is made up. We have had the car checked from an independent garage and there are no repairs needed. The car has also got questions about double registrations at purchase with the DVLA and they are now looking into that. We are now questioning why Vertu MINI are this involved in this whole process of intimidation. And that they have been willing to intimidate female customers. We have received advise from the police to report any further incidents of personal intimidation. We are tied to this awful dealership at the moment because the car is in their workshop. embarrassing, seedy and corrupt!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! Mis sold a Mini cooper by an operative here. Months of blaming a faulty in car system before confirmation it was the salesperson that mis sold. Complaints and reassurance of a new vehicle and compensation of loss.. via email and recorded calls for them to ''change their minds'' Terrible aftersales service and general customer service - Iain and Kirk.. Poor Management team. Tom and previous manager Martyn took ownership for the complaint and attempted to resolve before these immoral unprofessionals got involved.
We were looking for a used Mini Cooper S not seeing any outside we popped inside the showroom and was greeted by Curtis who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He managed to sort out the right Mini Cooper S for us that had just come into the Mini Exeter Sales and we were able to do a deal that day. So we were in the right place at the right time. Curtis made the whole experience run smooth.1st Class Service to Curtis and the team at Mini Exeter five stars

Just purchased a fabulous British Racing Green Countryman from the Mini Vertu dealership on Marsh Barton, Exeter. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. I have wanted another mini for years after having a mini as my first car and this did not disappoint. We went in initially to have a look. The sales people were very helpful - my husband had an accident at work and needed a car which was easy to get in and out of. They recommended the Country man which was ideal for him. The sales people were not over powering at all. Sometimes you can go into a place and feel pressurised but we never had that feeling. Having had a manual car since starting driving over 30 years ago it was a bit strange having an automatic and having a button for a hand brake. Benji was very patient and answered all my questions. Many thanks to you all and especially Benji for your great efforts and making it a nice experience. We look forward to many happy miles in our new mini.
Just purchased a mini from Charlie at Vertu Exeter. She was excellent , so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She made the experience of buying a new car so easy and stress free. She kept us fully informed and on the day of collection made sure we understood all the controls of the car. Highly recommend visiting this showroom if you are interested in buying a new or used mini.
5 stars all the way. Curtis was helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble .... my car was delivered earlier than I expected - all due to his help. I love my MINI and appreciate the help and advice from Curtis and the team at Exeter
Highly recommended.. very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Charlie keep me updated with the progress of the vehicle and I we were both surprised when the vehicle turned up early. She always went the extra mile to make it amazing experience.
