Absolutely impressed with the whole professional set up, environment, staff and service I received from Imperial Cars. I have up to now always used Mercedes main dealership, so was a little cautious when getting a cost for my service and MOT being over 50% less than Mercedes quoted however went for it as needed doing when Mercedes couldn't accommodate me, I am so glad I did as everything went exactly as would with a main dealership, the service from Martin and Tony was fantastic Both ex main dealership, great communication from the service team and returned to pick my car up which had been cleaned inside and out to an inch of its life, not rushed at all which usually happens at Mercedes with their tight time slots, People Like me think they must be using lower grade products or untrained staff to get these prices, I checked :, but all in there are fully trained and majority from main dealers and products used are to standards required for your vehicle I will be recommending Imperial Cars to all I know in business and friends/family, A place to rival any main dealership on service standards and already beats all on price
I used the service department at Imperial Exeter for new brakes on my Golf. I found them to be very professional and helpful, the place is very nice with free Coffee and somewhere comfortable to wait. The guy on service reception was very helpful allowing me to book further work in the future. As far as price goes you won't beat them, unlike most southwest garages that charge extortionate prices. A refreshing change, well done Imperial. *****
Unlike most car supermarkets you are not pestered by the staff. They are friendly and listen to what you want. I found it a very relaxed experience and the sales team were very helpful. They didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for but they spent time looking to find the right car for me. I will return next weekend and buy my car from them.
The service was brilliant from start to finish. They couldn't do enough for us and made us feel so welcome, even though we had a very energetic toddler with us! Wouldn't hesitate buying another car from here. Keep up the good work.
Took my car for MOT today and unfortunately it failed but the guys at Imperial cars went above and beyond to help me, retested it half hour before closing time and even washed it for me. Great prices too. Will be using this garage from now on, definitely recommend.
The salesman was very good not pushy had a lot of patience why we were choosing the right car we had lots of cars off their website to look out which he went and got . He was very polite and patient I would use them again if I got the same salesman. Imperial cars were very good nothing too much trouble willingly buy again
Servicing - Extremely good value, very easy to deal with and felt more personal. I was guided through my MOT and Servicing, including some friendly advice about a potential cam belt change. I also found that my car had been washed and hoovered, which I didn't expect and was very welcome indeed. Will absolutely use again.
Great service from Imperial. Very professional and patient. Children’s area is a genius idea and made the whole process easier and less stressful. Salesman Neil was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely buy from here again, thoroughly recommended.
Too many after sales, unjustified 'admin fees' which you can get removed whatever they tell you - oh, and I was asked to leave a 5 star review if they waived the fee... and the customary sales game of "I'll have to check with the MD", however... having navigated this, happy with car.
Without doubt the worst and most uncooperative company I’ve ever encountered. Customer service non existent we contacted them dozens of times with no reply. Took our money over 2 weeks ago and still no car. Now found the car has been moved 70 miles away from Bristol to Exeter whilst they “refurbish”. It turns out you can be far from an imperial car.
