Popped in for my Toyota Hilux service. I was greeted by Sally who was very welcoming and friendly. I decided to wait in their reception until my vehicle was ready. I was kept updated with how long it would take and Sally ensured I was comfortable. I was also offered a coffee and the service was outstanding. Huge credit to Sally and the rest of the team for their excellent hospitality and service! Five star!
We dealt with Josh and Raff at your Exeter showroom. They were both very professional and gave good sound advice. A very pleasant experience which was also enhanced by the lady on reception who kept us topped up with coffee and our dog topped up with water. Great service.
We collected Sam's brand new Yaris Cross Premiere Edition 1.5T HEV AWD I on 27 June from Snows Toyota Exeter This is the new model, great spec and a fabulous car with many extras and an intelligent AWD system. The HUD is really nice and the car is a very smooth and comfortable with lots of driver aids and safety features. Excellent service from sales executive Rafed who provided us with good advice about the vehicle and set up our mobile phone and other driver settings for us on collection. Great service from everyone at Snows Exeter. This top of the range Yaris ,X is a superb vehicle.
We picked up our Toyota Corolla today .Our whole experience with Toyota Exeter was the best. Sally did a wonderful meet and greet and supplied us with coffee and Josh was so very helpful in every way . From the car itself, financing there was nothing he couldn't help us with. This is our first Toyota but definitely won't be the last. My difficult to please husband is thrilled. Thank you.
Great service! We were looking to replace our current car, the team did a great job focussing on what we needed from the car and what we were going to use it for. They then searched their stock to find the one that matched our needs. Never felt pressured or in a rush. Everything was explained with complete transparency - no hidden surprises. A real pleasure to buy a car from them.
