Bought a Ford Focus end of January. After phoning the company about getting an online price for my current car I came through to take a look at it. Members of staff where friendly and got offered a drink several times. The salesmen who sold me the car roger Doyle was fantastic and made the deal straight forward and I picked the car up 2 days later. Definitely recommend and hope to use them in the future

Never ever use this garage it is a total scam! I think by the reviews this place needs looking into. My partner had his car in today for a light fitted on his car he has had for 3 months... the car was assessed for the light 2 weeks ago and they agreed to fix it under warranty as it was faulty when the car was bought. Later on today he has a phone call saying his car was not going to get fixed under warranty and accused my partner of crashing the car.. we went along the garage as this was actually a huge lie and the member of staff we spoke to was outright rude and basically told me to 'be quiet because I was not the customer' she then went on to accuse my partner of crashing his car and damaging the light, saying the car had a split on the inside of the bumper and accused him of having it resprayed to hide the fact he had crashed it . My partner was infuriated as he knew the car was immaculate this morning & he asked to see the condition report of the car which she was avoiding until the 6th time he asked. She then showed him and said there is nothing on it so it had not been filled at all! Anyways my partner refused to leave until something was sorted, his car was then taking for the paintshop to look at to see if it had been resprayed and the guy said it was a factory finish and then the supposed split on the bumper rubbed off with a cloth! They are contacting my partner tomorrow to let him know if they are going to fix it, however they have not seen the end of this. They have caused a lot of stress to wrongly accuse my partner of crashing his car ( which has had a box in since the day he got the car which will prove it has never crashed) the bumper etc is all totally in line where it should be! I would advise everyone to take this further as they are scamming a LOT of people!

Beware the ripoff servicing.  Just accompanied a friend to collect car after it was serviced.

They tried to charge almost £400.00 for work they said was required.

When they were challenged as he had only bought the car from them 12 months ago they suddenly discovered that those gearbox and break services were done before he bought the car so actually are not due for 2 years.....

Only gets the 2 stars as receptionists were so helpful.

absolutely loved my experience here thanks to Ryan S... I didn't have the slightest clue about cars and had currently been to previous dealers and seemed all they cared about was rushing the sale and not explaining anything but Ryan helped me a lot and sorted me out and I love my new car!! thanks very much and brett too for taking me on my test drive
