Three star at the moment for two reasons.  First, I wasn't there long so couldn't offer a balanced review.  Second, I went there by mistake, advised the guy I had an appointment next door and he still tried to find me a car.  Fair play for trying but I was already sorted.

I purchased a new car this week and I couldn’t of been more impressed with the excellent service! The whole process from my first enquiry to test drive and taking my car home took a grand total of 24 hours! Sean, my salesman was brilliant and found the best deal for me and my financial situation. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing service by all staff at the Newcastle - Scotswood Road branch. Was lovely to have good customer service. Chris done a lot for us when finding the perfect car and even picked it up the day after...bonus. Highly recommended and would definitely be back to buy another car from here..

Booked test drive on arona fr 1:0 and was told to ask for Chris and that there was a car available. Arrived next day after travelling over a hour for test drive and was told there was no car and that they had no record of my call . Was made to feel I had not rung the correct garage. I checked my phone after leaving the showroom and the call to arrange the test drive was logged on my phone with Newcastle seat number! poor service 
would give 0 if I could
