I had an exceptional experience with the Ferrari dealership, thanks to their receptionist, Paula. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Paula’s warm approch and professionalism made a great impression. She ensured all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to assist me. Her outstanding service truly reflects the high standards of Ferrari.
Boys came up for a tournament. Came across this amazing show room. Staff rosemary so friendly made them feel so welcome. When they all grow up they are going to be footballers so they all picked a car out xx. Thank you so much for there little pictures made there weekend. 3 times we went back . Thanks rosemary

Went to JCT600 Leeds Ferrari today just to look at some of their showroom cars and it was awesome! The staff were really nice and communicative and they didn't mind us browsing around at all! We saw some awesome cars like the Ferrari Monza and some great specs of the 812 Superfast! Definitely recommend if you love Ferrari! Hope you have as much fun there as I did!
Called in on Saturday morning for a browse, was greeted by Paula the receptionist very friendly and accommodating answering my questions. Amazing cars and it smells lovely best dealership in Leeds.
I would 100% recommend coming to this Ferrari dealership, when entering the dealership to leaving it I received excellent customer service from Paula who was very polite and helpful. I surprised my 5 year old brother by bringing him to Ferrari as a birthday gift and he loved it soo much, Paula loved having him there and gave him a Ferrari flag which absolutely made his day.
Went into Ferrari at JCT600 and the staff were lovely, spent probably over 1 hour speaking to Paula, on reception and she was lovely, she took the time to talk to me as did the other staff. I made paula aware that I wasn’t looking to buy and was just looking round but welcomed me in and made me feel very included and welcomed inside the Ferrari garage, she was brilliant. The cars and range of cars was very vast with a Daytona and monza both in the store when I visited. Very very good experience and customer service!
Another amazing visit to JCT600 Ferrari Leeds, Thanks again to all the staff for the great hospitality on Tuesday, they are all incredibly passionate and knowledgeable of the brand, thanks especially to Paula and Aimee which where very accommodating and a delight to talk to. Poor. Just had my vehicle supposedly serviced . Oil is black. Oil is exactly the same spot on the dip stick as when i left it, belts are now squeaking, misfiring on idle, gears thumping as you come to a slow. Incorrect tyre threads inputted on healthcheck, stated 5.7mm when they are brand new tyres. Misinformed me on multiple things. EDIT: I gave you an opportunity to show me cctv footage of the service being carried out however you refused, my car is in a worse state than i left it in. This is not acceptable
