On a wet October Thursday afternoon as we drove from Yorkshire back home to Nottingham, we decided to stop and take a look at a Countryman as we passed Mini Leeds. With outstanding service both personally and professionally we walked away having bought a new Countryman. Imran Khan worked hard to get us a deal we never thought was possible, but he did. The service has been fluent, being worried with the distance but it was easy, convenient and communication was excellent. I can not recommend buying a mini from Stratstone Leeds enough.
Contacted Stratstone Mini today to confirm warranty details on a Mini Cooper purchased a year ago from the company and for information regarding service plans. Jamie Pennington Service Advisor at Stratstone provided all the information I needed during the call and followed this up almost immediately with detailed emails. What a pleasure to deal with a company that doesn’t put you endlessly ‘on hold’ and a company that can quickly access historic records and supply them immediately. Thanks very impressed
My experience buying a car at Mini Leeds could not have been better. The staff were helpful and welcoming and I was made to feel at home in the showroom. Went to see a mini 5 door Cooper S, was sent a video and told it was immaculate, when seeing in person had more dents and scratches on it, manager came out to review and said car should not have been on the lot like that, I then pointed out another mini on the lot with major damage. Disgusting service and no offer of refunding fuel for travelling 80 miles. This mini dealer is no better than a back street garage , Avoid.

I've been trying, unsuccessfully over the past couple of weeks to book my car in to replace a missing part on my countryman. Phone rarely answered, then passed around departments and left name to be called back, no return call. Today, no answer, so gave up trying and rang Stratstone Harrogate - phone answered and booked in, took less than 5 minutes. Recommend Harrogate if you can't get through, should have done this weeks ago..
Do not recommend..horrendous customer service not only from the manager within the branch, but MINI itself. They wipe their hands of you once they have your money. Safe to say I will never deal with MINI again and will not be recommending to others.
Excellent service my Father had buying Mini Hybrid. Although setting up the financing took 3 hrs almost. Too long in my view.
