My car went in for a fault diagnosis, this turned out to be a manufacturer's recall so I only had to pay for the collection & delivery. Great comms and collection & delivery service.

Whilst car was in for a service I asked if they could tell me why stop/start wasn't working and what the knocking on the steering was. They couldn't answer either. I asked if the satnav software could be updated but was told it would take 2 hours and is very expensive. On a positive they did video an oil leak and complete the service and managed to get a litre of screenwash into a 250ml space, as I had recently topped it up and specifically told them not to bother adding any, this is the second time they have charged me for something they physically couldn't do only £4 odd. It makes you think. Did they really fit the other things I've been charged for?
Purchased a Lotus 430 Cup from Tony at JCT600 Lotus unseen and the car did not dissapoint. It was in excellent condition and the whole sale process was easy and stress free. Tony kept just the right amount of communication and did not waste any time with unnessesary 'sales talk' whilst providing me with all the information I needed to make the decision on this vehicle refering only to what he said and the personal walkthrough video he provided. I was recieved well when I arrived to collect the vehicle and the whole experience at Lotus/Maserati was just what it should be.
Absolutely fantastic buying experience. Purchased a Maserati from here. Dealt very professionally by the salesman Harry Rathore. Thank you. So far so good.
