The perfect purchase! absolutely spot on salesman! From test drive to endless emails on his day off Daniel hall has been perfect he walked me though the car variants and more importantly what my needs were from a car! Just bought a used car here and dealt with Dan Hall. It couldn't have been easier or a better experience, I'm normally very fussy as well. He was very knowledgeable on the cars features, which seems to let a lot of salespeople down these days, even on basic stuff. Definitely not pushy and offered advice when required. I'd certainly recommend if anyone asked. In fact all the staff I spoke to were really helpful and friendly in the dealership and it didn't feel like it was just because I was buying something, it felt more because they wanted to be. I'm a few quid lighter but currently happy for it :
I just got my approved used car from Tyneside Audi today. The process of buying has been a pleasure from start to finish with no pressure sales and excellent customer service. The staff kept me informed and supported throughout the process and helped me to sort out tax and insurance so I could drive the car away immediately. A great buying experience with a fabulous after-sales offer too. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership.
Amazing service from Tyneside Audi from Jon Kells!! I was kept well up to date with the progress and build of the vehicle on regular intervals as I had quite a long wait from when I first purchased the vehicle. Very much understandable due to the current climate of the motoring world. Nothing was ever too much for Jon in which I would 100% recommend purchasing your new vehicle from him as i know you will be left in capable hands! Everyone at Tyneside Audi are very customer oriented, friendly and they make the whole process hassle free! Thank you again, always a pleasure!!!
Just bought my first ever Audi after 15 years with another brand a dealer. From the moment I went in it was no pressure, all the team were lovely and happy to help in any way they could. Well I took the plunge and from the second Jon approached me he has been beyond helpful, lovely chap, great sense of humour and happy to listen to our rambles and answer all my questions. Kept me informed all the way through and collection day - wasn’t expecting it to be hidden under a cover - different and amazing experience!
I dealt with Scott Bradley at Tyneside Audi and from start to finish the service I received was second to none. I was kept well informed throughout my journey of buying my dream car, nothing was a hassle and Scott went above and beyond to ensure the deal provided was tailored and matched to my needs and requirements. He was very responsive to all of my questions and felt like he had a lot of time for me. All of my needs were met and expectations wholly exceeded. If I could rate higher I would. Had my car in today as had an issue with the windows. Manager Glenn was so helpful, the girls on the service team were so friendly and had me laughing whilst my car was worked on by Rob the technician who was just as lovely. Will definitely go back when my service is due. I even bought a service plan
I had already experienced a very good and professional dealings when having our car serviced fron this dealer, recently. Now that I have purchased a second car and picked it up, I am just as impressed with the sales side of this dealership. Neil went out of his way to deliver a great package for me, right from day 1 getting the car from a dealer down south, for viewing. Test drive, was for as long as I needed, no forced sale, no overstating what features the car had, it was just natural and relaxed. I cannot recommend highly enough. The team, including reception staff were brilliant, but a special thanks to Neil Nicholson, as always called back when he promised to do. Not difficult I know, but makes a difference to me, as i did not have to chase replies, makes transactions so much smoother. Its made me want to return again in the future.
My car was booked into Tyneside Audi for its annual service. I was looked after by Jasmine in the service department. She was very friendly and demonstrated good knowledge. Jasmine explained everything clearly and confidently and showed empathy towards my situation explaining the options I had regarding extra work and payment. Everything was done in a timely manner. She is a great asset to the team!
