I have nothing but praise for Nicole, our Sales Exec. She was a star and found us our perfect car. She immediately made us feel comfortable, there was no pressure and she made the whole experience a pleasure.nThe whole process was seamless and took just a week from start to finish, including bringing the car in from another branch.nI would definitely recommend both Nicole and the Silverlink VW to friends and family.n10 / 10 and 5 .
Couldn't fault this dealership at all, absolutely spot on. Took my car in on the Monday 3pm it was diagnosed parts ordered, fixed and back to me by the Wednesday 1pm. So helpful, friendly and Scott kept me in the loop at all time. Would highly recommend.

Hi,my husband had the worst experience in life to take our car to this branch,they are a bunch of thugs waiting to rub your pocket,if you are seeing this message so it is your lucky day to know that you should not go to this place specially if you are elderly, whether you need a repair or want to buy a car from them,believe me that you will be regretted after dealing with them,like what they did to me and others.ndo not trust their first good reviews like I did and look for the lowest ones at the end then you will see what others say.nthey changed their words a few times and finally charged me £648 for only an assessment before a repair, they even could not find the exact car fault!nalso cars which they sale are all rubbish and have big problems and you need to get them repaired soon after, then they gana charge you to the last single coins of your hard earned money,you get charged 10 times more than any other good garages!!
Lookers Volkswagen were really great throughout the recent purchase of my new car. They were all friendly, upbeat and helpful, didn’t make me feel rushed or pushed into any decision, and no question was ever a bother or too much. The showroom felt welcoming and clean. Would definitely recommend them for a new car
