An absolute delight to buy a car from. All the staff are super friendly and informed. I had a delay in getting my deposit money and there was no one calling me to rush me along or trying and hurry me up. The sales team there are great and really leave the decision of buying up to you, I didn't feel any pressure. The cars on the lot seem well maintained and there is no uncertainty when you ask questions. They have definitely made a customer for life out of me!
Fantastic service from enquiry right the way through to the handover. There was never any pressure or any hurdles, Brett made what all other dealerships make so complicated feel very simple and straight forward. I was fortunate enough to purchase an Approved Used vehicle with Silverlink Lookers, and Pierre was my sales manager. The entire process was a breeze, no hiccups or issues. They were also cool with me booking a 3rd part inspector who unveiled no issues and were simply marvelous throughout the process, explaining things that I was new to and offering help where I was confident but might have needed reassurance. The entire experience was flawless, straight and to the point and didn't take me more than 30 minutes combined across all interactions. No prying with extras, no invasiveness or any of the sort either, so just a pleasant experience.

I have been a customer here for 4 years and have always been provided with the best customer service whether it be a quick visit to drop off my car for a service or a chat about a new car, the staff here are always friendly and supportive. Special thank you to Brett for offering excellent advice and going above and beyond to ensure the best for me. Brett has made the car buying process as straightforward as possible, offering test drives, regular updates during the order period and has kept in touch to make sure I have completed things on my end. I am so pleased with my car and would highly recommend Lookers Silverlink.
First class service when I took my 03 golf in for an assessment and repair. Reception was friendly and efficient. Some necessary parts were difficult to find but the parts department was exemplary and continued to search until they were sourced. I initially spoke to one of the technicians who was most helpful and gave me good advice. I had for many years avoided main dealers on cost grounds and only went back because my local garage wouldn't take on the repair as it was too difficult. Lookers fixed the issue plus others, gave the car a full service and MOT and yes, it cost a little more but well worth it. Will use them again. Thanks guys.
From start to finish the service which Matt B provided myself with was flawless! No “salesman” pressure I felt so at ease and comfortable asking questions etc and Matt was always prompt and upfront. The entire process was quick and easy. I actually came back with my husband for his new car the following week and we both love them! I have had a great experience with Lookers Volkswagen Silverlink. I was looked after by Matt B. who was friendly, efficient, didn't beat-around-the-bush or apply any hard-sell tactics. I was very pleased with the service I received. He has also continued to be very helpful after the sale when I had some follow up questions. I'd give 6 stars if I could. He even helped me get the car seat in!
I just recently purchased my latest car from Lookers at Silverlink and the service was great. From our initial enquiry, arranging the finance through to picking up our car a week later the whole process was made smooth and easy. We dealt with Steve who gave really friendly service and even arranged to come in on his day off to work around our difficult schedule to hand over our car.
